How long do demo's stay in the marketplace?

I'm buying a 360 and I want to play some of the demos in the marketplace but I don't know how long they will be up. I want to play the Halo Wars demo and Banjo Kazooie nuts and bolts. Are they still there to download? How long do demos stay there?
