Music suggestions for a free spirit?

I want to make a CD for a friend who is very chill and likes people like Damien Rice, Josha Radin, etc. Any songs that are maybe acoustic or similar style to that would be great. Or any songs about being free, smokin weed, and stuff like that. Any genre is fine, all suggestions are appreciated! Thank you :)
