I have a protection order against my ex husband?

and he keeps contacting me he just sent me two cards in the mail over the weekend and im going to notify the police in the morning. I have moved 3 times gotten a p.o. box changed my cell number many times and he always finds me .I live in florida can anyone tell me if every time he violates is it considered a misdemeanor or will it ever turn into a felony? I am not a vindictive ex wife this man abused me and our daughter for years he has violated the injunction 6 times and he always gets out of jail 30 days later I do not have the money for an attorney so that is out of the question will it take him killing us for law enforcement to take this seriously?
