I cant stand this. What should i do?

find out who owns the land they are on. talk to the owner, or to the city if its public property about posting signs about noise tollerence. start neighborhood crime watch, or start a petition. install motion detectors and if you can afford it, cameras on your property. if all else fails, then move. you might not have a legal leg to stand on, if its just annoying.
