Some kind of patch for wii online?

Is there some kind of patch that will let you play wii games online with homebrew channel without getting caught and having homebrew get messed up? Cause I was playing COD:REFLEX one day online and the next day homebrew channel wasn't working. I had to reload it again, and I knew it was from the internet. I read the service agreement when you connect WiiConnect24 or whatever, and it said that they have the right to use your internet connection while you play online to check for unauthorized software and/or permanently ban you from wii online. Isn't there some way to stop Nintendo from accessing those files and catching homebrew when you play online? Some kind of files maybe that you can load onto the wii so that they can't do anything to the wii while im playing online?
