English food in bulgiria . i have been thinking about going to bulgaria ,golden sands for a holiday .?

my problem is im a fussy eater and i was wondering if they cater for the english with engish food .Ive been to magaluf and costa brava and they catered for the english even doing sunday dinners .Has anyone been on holiday there that could let me know , also im insulin diabetic so have to be careful what i eat .Serious answers only please.
