How Do I de-fog my PSP UMD's?

I left my PSP UMD's in a car last night and it got really cold. I brought them in and they are very cold and foggy. I know extreme cold and moisture can damage Cd's, so does anyone know if the fog or cold will damage them? If it can, how do I clean them off without breaking the plastic cases around them?
