Is it just me or is Jollibee reducing their usage of plastic spoons and styrofoam food containers?

Before I left the Philippines in 2005, Jollibee served everything on styrofoam food containers, used plastic cups, and used plastic utensils. Then in 2007 I came back to visit, and I noticed they started using non-disposable, washable plastic plates and plastic cups. Then two years later when I came home to visit, they completely removed styrofoam and plasticware and switched into silverware. Well, except for their Jollihotdog containers and straws. They only use the plasticware, styrofoam containers for take-home items. Is it to save some money and/or the company is being environmentally aware?
