My 4 year old cat weighs 19.4 pounds. How can he lose weight?

I have two one year old cats that weigh 20 lbs, they are not fat, they are just big cats. but you know if your cat is big or fat. I would contact your vet, pet stores sell special diet food for them also, Good luck!
