My friend is 2 weeks pregnant, help?

My friend is 13 years old and is 2 weeks pregnant. She took three pregnancy tests and they all came out positive. Her mother told her to do tiring exercises to loosen up the two cells so they come apart, but I don't think that'll work. Her aunt gave her some pureed gr with spices to eat to kill the embryo. And my friend who also experienced this, said to drink half a cup of vingar. Would these work? How can she find a way to have miscarriage?
