What is the name of this book?

I beleive the girls name was Nora, she had a brother Patrick. The setting was in Ireland during the potato famine. She had an old friend named Hannah who she and pat would visit. I cant seem to rememerb much more about it, but I remember loving the book as a child and would like to have it again. If any one could help, Id apprectiate it. P.S. it was a childrens historical fiction book.
