Uhhm Well yes you can If you print all the evidence and DO NOT DELETE ANY OF THE THREATS. What ever you do don't do that. get the records of the hackings and make sure you get the bank account one. Although because of the pervious case you might not be able to get another restraning order instilled. Just because our judical system is like that =P lol But yes keep all the information , file a court case once you have that, then from there I hope you win the case! =]
